The benefits of this therapy are still being investigated. EBOO and other medical applications of ozone (O3) have not received FDA clearance or approval. Always consult with a licensed medical provider.

About EBOO Ozone Therapy

EBOO therapy is a treatment that uses oxygen and ultraviolet (UV) rays to eliminate harmful toxins and waste from the blood. This treatment is considered a type of autohemotherapy, which means your own blood is drawn and treated before being readministered back into the body. This is done to remove harmful cells and administer medical-grade ozone to the blood.

About Ozone

Ozone (O3) is a triatomic molecule of oxygen that is known to have several therapeutic effects when administered for medicinal purposes. This molecular structure can inactivate numerous bacteria and viruses, as well as support the delivery of oxygen to the tissues. (1)

Benefits

There are numerous benefits associated with detoxifying your blood with EBOO ozone therapy. These benefits may include:

  • Improved Energy Levels: Oxygenating your blood may elevate your internal ATP levels, leading to improvements in your energy levels, muscle health, and overall daily function. (2)
  • Elevated Immune Responses: Removing harmful substances, bacteria, and metabolic waste can allow your immune system to function more efficiently. This treatment can also support cellular regeneration, allowing your body to heal itself more quickly.
  • Enhanced Circulation: EBOO therapy may improve your overall circulation and can even restore blood flow in collateral vessels. (3)
  • Metabolic Support: This treatment has shown potential in modulating metabolic pathways and can restore and improve the metabolism of oxygen, sugars, and fat to produce energy. (3)
  • Reduced Inflammation: Removing harmful proteins and plaque from your blood can reduce inflammation and prevent the risk of any long-term symptoms or diseases.
  • Non-Surgical Nature: EBOO therapy does not require incisions or anesthesia.

Candidates

EBOO therapy can appeal to a wide range of candidates. Those experiencing chronic conditions associated with symptoms such as fatigue or inflammation can benefit from this treatment. Patients recovering from an illness or those seeking a way to support their immune system can also receive EBOO therapy. It may also be used to lessen negative side effects and support overall vitality in patients receiving certain surgical procedures.

It is also important that patients hold realistic expectations for this procedure. Dr. Asandra will determine each patient’s candidacy during their consultation.

Personal Consultation

Before beginning your ozone therapy, you will need to attend a personal consultation. Here, you will meet with Dr. Asandra to learn more about EBOO and what this treatment consists of. He will ask about your medical history, concerns, and treatment goals. Dr. Asandra will then use this information to determine your eligibility and create your personalized treatment plan. He will also answer any questions you may have, as we want you to feel comfortable and well-informed about your upcoming procedure.

To schedule this consultation and receive your tailored treatment plan, please contact us online or call (424) 542-8881.

Preparation

When preparing for your EBOO ozone therapy, you may be advised to discontinue taking certain medications and supplements that thin your blood (with your doctor’s approval). Nicotine and alcohol use should also be ceased for the designated period of time. You should stay hydrated and eat a substantial, protein-rich meal before your treatment. We also recommend wearing loose and lightweight clothing to your appointment so that you will be comfortable. In addition to these guidelines, Dr. Asandra will provide additional instructions during your consultation.

Procedure

When you arrive for your EBOO session, you will be led to one of our private treatment rooms where your specialist will cleanse and sanitize your skin. You will be seated in a comfortable chair and remain seated throughout the entire experience. Your specialist will insert a thin needle into both of your arms. From there, they will draw blood from one of your arms, filter it through our EBOO device, and administer it into the body. As our EBOO device filters the blood, it will administer oxygen and UV light to purify it, as well as remove various toxins, waste, and other impurities.

The duration of your treatment session can vary, but treatment sessions usually last up to two hours. Patients typically receive four treatment sessions spaced several weeks apart.

Recovery

After your appointment, you will be able to return to your normal routine. However, we recommend taking one to two days to rest as some patients experience temporary side effects, such as nausea, bloating, a metallic taste in the mouth, bursts of spontaneous energy, or slight drowsiness. This response is normal and may be eased through proper hydration.

Results

You may notice improvements in your well-being immediately after your treatment session, although most patients experience the full therapeutic benefits of EBOO after undergoing several treatment sessions.

The results of EBOO oxygen therapy are designed to yield long-lasting results, allowing you to experience its therapeutic potential for an extended period.

This treatment is typically performed on patients recovering from illnesses or experiencing chronic concerns, but may also benefit anyone interested in elevating their personal health.
