Shimon Ommatyar, PA-C

Shimon is a certified Physician Assistant who is dedicated and committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to optimize patients’ lives. A Los Angeles native, Shimon attended Ner Israel Rabbinical College where he obtained a joint Talmudic/Health Sciences degree in conjunction with Johns Hopkins University. He then attended Western University of Health Sciences where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his MSPAS degree.

Shimon has vast clinical experience in multiple areas of medicine including urology, internal medicine, OB/GYN, and urgent care. With over 6 years of experience in the medical field, Shimon delivers exceptional value through his compassionate approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients. His outstanding communication abilities cultivate robust patient connections founded on trust and personalized rapport-building. He joined AsandraMD in 2022 and is an integral part of our healthcare team.

In his free time, Shimon enjoys traveling, weightlifting, reading, and hiking.
